No influenza viruses were isolated from the samples sent to the National Reference Laboratory for Influenza and Acute Respiratory Infections, which were collected from patients with respiratory infections during week 11 . RSV, RV, BoV, HMPV, and AdV were isolated.

During the 11th week of 2026 (March 9-15, 2026), 3,066 cases of acute respiratory diseases and influenza were reported among a monitored population of 347,913 people, representing an incidence rate of 88.13 per 10,000 population. During the previous week , 2,633 cases were reported (an incidence rate of 75.68 per 10,000 population). The average incidence rate for the country is increasing compared to the levels from the previous week. The highest incidence is observed in the 0-4 age group (447.27 per 10,000 population) and the 5-14 age group (266.15 per 10,000 population). All regions report moderate or low incidence levels.
