Week No 24

Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria  was low during week No 24  (08.06.2015-14.06.2015).   The total incidence  per 10,000 population  decreased and was 33.67 (during week No 23 the incidence was 37.34). From a total of 384 354 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1294 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 23 the cases were 1435). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (170.55 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (78.03 per 10,000).
