Week No 43

Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria  was increased during week No 43 (19.10.2015-25.10.2015).   The total incidence  per 10,000 population was 67.47(during week No 42 the incidence was 62.96). From a total of 384 327 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 2593 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 42 the cases were 2420). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (290.10 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (167.83 per 10,000).
