Week No 24

Influenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was law during week No 24 (13.06.2016-19.06.2016).  The total incidence  per 10,000 population was 36.60 (during week No 23 the incidence was 37.90). From a total of 383 902 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1405 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 23 the cases were 1455). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (173.26 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (85.77 per 10,000).
