Influenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was law during week No 34 (22.08.2016-29.08.2016).  The total incidence per 10,000 population was 28.03
(during week No 33 the incidence was 27.61). From a total of 383 902 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1076 ARI cases have
been reported (during week No 33 the cases were 1060). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (138.82 per 10,000 population), followed by
age group of 5-14 yrs (66.09 per 10,000).
