Influenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 29 (16.07.2018-22.07.2018).  The total incidence per 10,000 population was 29.59 (during week No 28  the incidence was 27.08). From a total of 381 493 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1 129 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 28 the cases were  1 033). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (157.05 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (69.93 per 10,000).
