During the week No 3 (17.01.2022 - 23.01.2022) an increase of the intensity of ARI and influenza cases is observed in Bulgaria by comparison with  the previous week (10.01.2022 - 16.01.2022). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 108,53 (during week No 2 the incidence was 93,42   ). From a total of  379 796 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of  4122 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 2 the cases were 3 548). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (350.16 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (301.17 per 10,000 population).
