During the week No 8 (21.02.2022 - 27.02.2022)  the intensity of ARI and influenzа in Bulgaria is decreasing by comparison with  the previous week (14.02.2022 - 20.02.2022) . The total incidence per 10,000 population was  73,69 (during week No 7 the incidence was 84,43    ). From a total of  379 716 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of  2798 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 7 the cases were 3206). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (311.25 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (202,10 per 10,000 population). The NRL "Flu and ARI"/NCIPD   reported  6 positive samples for influenza А/H3N2  within week No 8 .
