During the week No 39 (26.09.2022- 02.10.2022 ) the intensity of ARI and influenzа in Bulgaria shows an increase compared to previous weeks. The total incidence per 10,000 population was 49,52 (during week No 38 the incidence was 29,88). From a total of 379 817 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1881 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 38 the cases were 1135 ). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (229,27 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (173,11 per 10,000 population). The incidence is increasing in all age groups. No influenza viruses detected.
