During the week No 47 (21.11.2022- 27.11.2022 )  the total incidence per 10,000 population was  118,33 (during week No 46 the incidence was    120,02). From a total of   373 025 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of  4114 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 46 the cases were  4477 ). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (565,46 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (339,38 per 10,000 population).  Increases in incidence are reported in all age groups. The incidence of ARI in the country is within the usual seasonal range, but in the districts of Russe, Shumen, Plovdiv and Yambol  the incidence data show a significant increase in the intensity of respiratory disease prevalence. In the districts of Gabrovo and Pazardzhikр compared to the previous week, the incidence remains high. No influenza viruses have been proven, but other causative agents of respiratory infections- adenoviruses, RSV and other viruses have been isolated.
