During the week No. 13 (27.03.2023 - 02.04.2023) the level of intensity of the epidemic process of influenza and acute respiratory diseases (ARD) decreased as the overall incidence rate of 93.45 per 10 000 people decreased compared to the previous week (100.56 per 10 000 people). Among the total 373 025 persons of all age groups monitored in the 13th week, 3 486 cases of ARI were recorded (previous week 3 751 ). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 years (365.39 ), followed by the age group 5-14 years (297.36).
The "Influenza and ARI" NRL tested 74 specimens during the period, of which 1 tested positive for influenza A/H1N1 (2009) and 24 tested positive for influenza B/Victoria. Adenoviruses, respiratory syncytial virus and other viruses were demonstrated to be circulating in children under 5 years of age.
