During the week No. 14 (03.04.2023 - 09.04.2023) the level of intensity of the epidemic process of influenza and acute respiratory diseases (ARD) decreased as the overall incidence rate of 64.24 per 10 000 people decreased compared to the previous week (93.45 per 10 000 people). Among the total 373 025 persons of all age groups monitored in the 14th week,  2 398 cases of ARI were recorded (previous week 3 486 ). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 years (276.28 ), followed by the age group 5-14 years (190.24).
The "Influenza and ARI" NRL tested 25 specimens during the period, of which 2 tested positive for influenza A/H1N1 (2009) and 1 tested positive for influenza B/Victoria.  Other viruses were demonstrated to be circulating in children under 5 years of age.
