The "Influenza and ARI" NRL tested 11 specimens during the period, no influenza viruses have been confirmed. 2 other viruses were demonstrated in 13 samples of children under 5 years of age tested.

During the week No. 17 (24.04.2023 - 30.04.2023) the level of intensity of the epidemic process of influenza and acute respiratory diseases (ARD) was low. The total incidence per 10,000 population was 50.98 (during week No 16 the incidence was 49.83). Among the total 373 025 persons of all age groups monitored in the 17th week, 1 903 cases of ARI were recorded (previous week 1 860). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 years (212.40), followed by the age group 5-14 years (129.32).
