In week 49 (04.12.2023-03.12.2023), the level of intensity of the epidemic process of influenza and acute respiratory diseases (ARI) increased slightly compared to the previous week, with an overall incidence of 103.00 per 10 000 people (99.68 per 10 000 people for the previous week).
Among the total 364,095 persons of all age groups monitored in the 49th week of 2023, 3,750 cases of ARI were recorded (3,660 in the previous week).
The incidence in age group 0-4 years was 450.00 followed by age group 5-14 years (311.38). Increase in incidence was recorded in all age groups.

Influenza A/H1N1 (2009) viruses were confirmed in 7 samples.
