The incidence of influenza and ARI is typical for the season. In almost all regional cities, a gradual increase has been observed since the previous week, which, however, is not reflected at the national level. For the country, the incidence in the last two weeks is still at low levels. The dynamics of the spread of acute respiratory diseases, including influenza infections, has been subject to increased surveillance since the beginning of November in regional cities. Since the beginning of the season, influenza A virus has been detected, as well as other non-influenza respiratory viruses. During week 46, 61 samples were tested at the National Reference Laboratory for Acute Respiratory Infections and Influenza, in which no influenza viruses were detected, but other respiratory viruses (adenoviruses, parainfluenza viruses, and others) were detected.
