Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 29 (14.07.2014 -20.07.2014). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 23.31 (during week No 28 the incidence was 28.12 ). From a total of 380 586 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 887 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 28 the cases were 1 032). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (103.86 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (51.88  per 10,000).
