Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 33 (11.08.2014 -17.08.2014). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 23.38 (during week No 32 the incidence was 22.20 ). From a total of 380 586 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 890 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 32 the cases were 845). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (113.93  per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (45.43  per 10,000).
