Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 35 (25.08.2014 -31.08.2014). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 23.54 (during week No 34 the incidence was 24.30 ). From a total of 380 586 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 896 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 34 the cases were 925). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (132.48  per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (47.58  per 10,000).
