Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 41 (06.10.2014 -12.10.2014). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 49.69 (during week No 40 the incidence was 41.04 ). From a total of 380 586 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1891 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 40 the cases were 1562). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (243.23  per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (132.61  per 10,000).
