Iinfluenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 42 (13.10.2014 -19.10.2014). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 51.16 (during week No 41 the incidence was 49.69 ). From a total of 380 586 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 1947 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 41 the cases were 1891). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (213.03  per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (125.55  per 10,000).
