Week No 15

Influenza and ARI intensity in Bulgaria was low during week No 15 (06.04.2020-12.04.2020).  The total incidence per 10,000 population  was 14.43 (during week No 14 the incidence was 27.29). From a total of 380 356 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 549 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 14 the cases were 1 024). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (53.42  per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (23.18 per 10,000 population).
