Week No 44

During the week No 44 (01.11.2021 -07.11.2021) ARI and influenza intensity in Bulgaria was increased compared to the previous week No 43 (25.10.2021 - 31.10.2021). The total incidence per 10,000 population was 92,56 (during week No 43 the incidence was 66,30). From a total of 378 884 persons under surveillance, belonging to all age groups, a total of 3520 ARI cases have been reported (during week No 43 the cases were 2512). The incidence was highest in the age group 0-4 yrs (335,28 per 10,000 population), followed by age group of 5-14 yrs (192,519 per 10,000 population).
