18 samples have been tested at the national reference laboratory and no influenza viruses have been isolated. No influenza viruses were detected in samples from children under 5 years of age, but other (7) respiratory viruses were isolated.

Week No 32

In the week No. 32 (05.08-11.08.2024), 1 168 cases of influenza and acute respiratory diseases (ARD) were registered among the monitored population of 364 295, incidence rate 32,06 per 10 000 population (for the previous week - 1 149 registered cases, incidence rate 31,54 per 10 000 population). The incidence in the age group 0-4 years was 169.51 per 10,000 population and in the age group 5-14 years was 73.10 per 10,000 population. The level of morbidity is low, typical for the season , remaining relatively stable over the last few weeks.
